How long does production take?

It typically takes 2-3 days, for order processing, production, and preparation for shipping. High volume gift periods may extend this time by a day or two.

How long does shipping take?

USA: Typically, 3-5 business days.
Canada: 5-10 business days.
Rest of World: 7-14 business days.

I made a mistake and want to change or cancel an order.

Contact us at support@giftsbella.com by end of day and we will do our best to make the change. We process orders quickly so customers receive their orders ASAP, so don't delay in reaching out to us. We can't guarantee the ability to make order adjustments.

How do I track delivery of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the needed order number and courier information. You can track delivery status on our Track Your Order page.

My order has been marked as delivered but I haven't received it.

Steps to take:
1) Double-check your mailbox and with neighbors.

2) Sometimes there is a delay of a day or two from when couriers mark an order "delivered" and the actual delivery. We know that seems odd, but it happens.

3) Call your local post office and give them your tracking number to look up and provide a more detailed report. They don't provide this information to us.
